Futzing with fodder is a creative day of having fun and experimenting with collage scraps without being so judgey and purpose driven. We'll play, share and let the scraps of everyday life tell a story on a 12x12x1" birch wood panel.

Meet my 3rd Great Grandmother Susan Stamper. Far (old) meets the familiar (contemporary) with an endearing heart felt encaustic art message with her striking image and aspirational words.
What would your ancestor say?

Lets creatively retell a familial story - graffiti style. You'll email me an old black/white photo and chosen words of wisdom and I'll give them a modern twist of colorization and stencil design.

Hot Mess journal
metaphor alert!
Friday we're literally going to intentionally make messes on ALL kinds of paper. Saturday we'll embrace the precious mess and design a beautiful journal for scribing, arting or collage.
Using shellac, gesso, wax, texture mediums, inks, paints - we'll blur the boundaries between trash and treasure as just about everything created will have a purpose.
