When the gig of life gets a little hard, powerful words + compelling images about fumbling through reminds us to put our hand on our heart and find our way home.
When I was 16 years old I used to spend hours sitting on my bedroom floor cutting and pasting images and words out of magazines onto poster board. Here are six of my current favorite quotes:

It's good to do uncomfortable things. It's weight training for life.
I've been hurt so bad and I still love so hard. I admire my heart for that.
It doesn't have many roots,' I say. 'Not yet,' she says. 'That will come.
When your heart is broken, you plant seeds in the cracks and pray for rain.
