Save My Seat Deposit is a $150 deposit that is applied to your registration fee but is not refundable if you cancel at any time.
Final balance of $500.00 is due by FEB 14th, 2020.
Payment Plans available. After purchasing your Save my Seat tix -you will receive an invoice with up to 4 monthly payment dates to pay your balance.

What to bring
A kit fee has been built into your ticket price and includes generous supplies for the creation of your heart componet, wooden house, ancestor art panels and high quality watercolor papers.

You will supplement your creative process by bringing the following items easily found at home, hobby stores or online.

All other speciality supplies needed for this weekend are being generously provided by Glenda.
Also consider bringing:
--Comfy clothes, walking shoes, and a hair dryer.
--BYOBeverages: adult beverages permitted, glasses, wine openers on site.
--Bring a drinking vessel for distilled H20, lemonade, iced tea, ice, coffee, hot tea, etc.
--BYOSoda: no soda on site, you’ll need to bring your own to store in the two kitchen fridges.
--BYOSnacks: You won’t go hungry — but feel free to bring your fave munchies. [Kitchen/Microwave/Refrigerator on Site]

Once the fun begins Friday afternoon, you won’t need to leave for a thing until check out Monday morning. If you need transportation from the airport, here are some options from the closest airport to St. Mary’s.

The heart of the matter is creative immersion. Process vs Product. Experience vs Event. Deep Dive vs. Surface Skimming.
What does all this mean? You are considered a valued guest; one who is interested in expanding and strengthening talents, skills and interests with others. By making and creating you get to express feelings and explore new ways of being. In a collaborative circle of belonging, the artist instructor is also giving their expertise, inspiration and guidance. All of this is happening in a secluded nurturing environment where we can all learn, share and enrich the other.

It is understandable that “life happens” and unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from attending a ticketed event. In the case where you cannot participate, please notify me as soon as possible. Due to the high demand of this event all Save My Seat Tickets are non-refundable. Due to events financial commitments, reservations and contract obligations full refunds of all tickets are only available on or up to 180 days prior to the event on on

What if you can't come after you have purchased your ticket?
If there is a waiting list, I will put you in contact with the first person on the list to coordinate possible arrangements for the sale of your ticket. If a transaction is mutually agreed upon and completed, your spot in the event will be transferred to the other person.
In case of cancellation due to inclement weather, instructor cancellation or unpredictable circumstances notification will be made as soon as possible via text message, email and provided contact emergency information. Refunds will be given within 5 days of the date of the unexpected cancellations.
