WHAT TO BRING
Your all inclusive ticket includes most specialty art supplies needed to enhance your eco printing experience.
The BTK {Basic Tool Kit} and the Workshop Supplies are basic items found at hobby, craft or hardware stores.

In the meantime, here are some items you can start thinking about doing / saving for your retreat:

In the fall, leaves and flowers can be collected, pressed and frozen.
-
You can rust metal shapes for rust dying and including in with your eco printing bundles.
-
Save any old watercolors, print works and/or calligraphic works to eco print on.
-
Fall is canning time and Pickling Alum is readily available in most grocery stores. It works as an Alum mordant and is the best way to buy alum in small quantities.

Once the fun begins Friday afternoon, you won’t need to leave for a thing until check out Monday morning. If you need transportation from the airport, here are some options from the closest airport to St. Mary’s.

The heart of the matter is creative immersion. Process vs Product. Experience vs Event. Deep Dive vs. Surface Skimming.
What does all this mean? You are considered a valued guest; one who is interested in expanding and strengthening talents, skills and interests with others. By making and creating you get to express feelings and explore new ways of being. In a collaborative circle of belonging, the artist instructor is also giving their expertise, inspiration and guidance. All of this is happening in a secluded nurturing environment where we can all learn, share and enrich the other.

JUST BE YOU: This is a judgment free, non-competitive, just have a darn good time experience. You are perfect just the way you are.

COMFORT ZONE NUDGES: Allow yourself to expand your craft and welcome the beauty of imperfection.

DRESS 4 MESS: Bring an apron [or gloves if you’re worried about your hands] because we'll be making beautiful messes!

TICKET POLICY
New for 2022 and beyond: Ticket cancellation policies have been modified to reflect the current uncertain nature of events and retreats. If the venue, artist or event planner decides to cancel due to unpredictable or uncontrollable circumstances, you will receive a refund within 5-7 business days of the announcement.
We know that “life happens” and unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from attending a ticketed event. If you cannot participate, please notify me as soon as possible. Due to event/instructor’s financial commitments, reservation/s and contract obligations all tickets are Pay in Full with refund timelines below:

Cancellation up to 180 days: (on or before FEB 20, 2022) a full refund minus $100 admin fee

Cancellation up to 60 days (on or before JUN 20, 2022): 50% of ticket refunded
-
Cancellation 30 days prior (on or before JUL 20, 2022) to event: no refunds no credits
Depending upon original purchase price, FULL refunds may be reduced due to third party online non-refundable transaction fees (if any). Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of notification of your cancellation.

Due to venue contract requirements all 2022 retreats have a strict time-sensitive refund policy and/or non-refundable status. If at the time of a retreat or workshop you are unable to attend an event due to coronavirus and/or are quarantined as a result of exposure, stay home and take care of you and yours!. See
If you cannot attend a retreat due to exposure and/or illness due to Covid19, the following are options:
1. Sell your ticket opening to someone else.
2. The spot can be offered to the wait list for the event (if there is one).
3. Sell your ticket opening via social media announcement. Due to the high demand of the event and opening all best efforts will be made to made but we cannot guarantee its sale.
