New for 2022 and beyond: Ticket cancellation policies have been modified to reflect the current uncertain nature of events and retreats. If the venue, artist or event planner decides to cancel due to unpredictable or uncontrollable circumstances, you will receive a refund within 5-7 business days of the announcement.

We know that “life happens” and unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from attending a ticketed event. If you cannot participate, please notify me as soon as possible. Due to event/instructor’s financial commitments, reservation/s and contract obligations  all tickets are Pay in Full with refund timelines below: 

• Cancellation up to 180 days: (on or before DEC 12, 2021) a full refund minus $100 admin fee

• Cancellation up to 60 days (on or before April 11, 2022): 50% of ticket refunded

• Cancellation 30 days prior (on or before May 11, 2022) to event: no refunds no credits
   

Depending upon original purchase price, FULL refunds may be reduced due to third party online non-refundable transaction fees (if any). Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of notification of your cancellation.

Can I sell my ticket?

Option 1: You can sell your ticket to a friend.

Option 2: If there is a waiting list I can put you in contact with the interested person to coordinate possible arrangements for the sale of your ticket. If a transaction is mutually agreed upon and completed, your spot in the event will be transferred to the other person.

Option 3: Your ticket can be offered via social media through a marketing announcement. All efforts will be made to promote this opportunity but we cannot guarantee its sale.
